Disaster preparedness training

Learn how to prepare your family for a disaster or other emergency. Topics covered include preparing your home, creating a family emergency plan, assembling a first aid kit and staying safe after a disaster occurs. All class participants will receive a laminated list of local emergency phone numbers, a list of items to include in a first aid kit, and handouts with specific tips on preparing for/coping with different types of disasters and emergencies.
